WKS Working Solutions GmbH grants the NON commercial use of JTed.
The downloadable JTed does not contain any of the following features:
database-connectivity, reward pictures and sound support.

You may:
 * place JTed on your homepage
 * modify the index.html file
 * create your own HTML file and place the JTed Applet in it

You may not: 
 * modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
   or create derivative works based on JTed
 * rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise
   transfer rights to JTed
 * remove any proprietary notices or labels on JTed

Liability:
 * Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or
   otherwise, shall WKS be liable to you or any other person for any indirect,
   special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including,
   without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer
   failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.

Agreement:
 * By downloading, you are consenting to be bound by the above terms.
   If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, stop the download
   process.
